Patricia Standard, a Louisville native and Fashion Design graduate of The Academy of Arts University, founded Crown By Standard in the heart of the city.
She made a successful luxury brand by combining the hat-making skills she learned from her late mentor with her own textile skills to make one-of-a-kind designs for her millinery work.
Today, Crown By Standard is a high-end company in great demand.
